Digital Delivery Policy
Doorlyn is entirely digital. Nothing is printed or shipped by us, and there are no shipping costs.
What is delivered

Keeping your books
Your most recent book stays available in the browser you made it in until you clear it, and books made while signed in are saved to your account until you delete them. We recommend downloading the PDF and keeping your own copy.
Printing
PDFs are laid out for A5 pages. Print at A5, or at A4 with “2 pages per sheet”. For a bound copy, a local print shop can saddle-stitch it. Printing costs are your own.
If something doesn’t arrive
If a book doesn’t appear, a PDF won’t download, or your paid plan isn’t showing after payment, email support@taylorjacs.shop or call +44 7157944319. We’ll resolve it or make the book again at no cost, without it counting towards your allowance. If we can’t, the Refund Policy applies.
Requirements
A current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge on a computer, tablet or phone, and a PDF reader to open downloads.
